This is Automatic Vacuum Forming Machine which controls by PLC and touch screen.
1) It is forming sheets as PVC, PS, PP and PET.
2) It controls by PLC and touch screen.
3 It produces plastic products like plastic packaging for toys, hardware, cosmetics, electronic products, foodstuff (such as plastic containers, plastic dishes, plastic trays, plastic boxes, plastic cover, plastic lids, plastic blister and other vessels.) and the inner lining of packing for drugs
Functions:
1) Vacuum delay: To control the time of suction start/stop effectively.
2) Second vacuum: Adsorption and cooling, it's helpful to form goods.
3) Second upper mold: Work again when demoulding, matching counter-blow and demould to prevent deformation of products.
4) Vibrate to demould: Make for complex mould to demould.
5) Adjust to any size of amplitude: Set to any size of amplitude.
6) Advace Feeding: Control to bake the time of sheet anytime.
7) Reverse Drawing Sheet: Do un-forming sheet reheating forming, it improves utilization ratio of sheet.
8) Motor Drawing Sheet: The precision of drawing sheet, more stable and reliable.
9) Air route adopts copper pipe device: Prevent aging, wear well.
10) Aluminum Alloy Track which is adjusted synchronous: Easy to operate and it's accurate and effective.
11) Front Brake, Seal is stepless adjusted: Don't need change, easy to operate.
12) Upper Mold, back seal adjusted by electric: Easy to operate.
