It's full-automatic plastic cup lid thermoforming machine which has three station(forming station, punching station and cutting station). It also has stacking functions. It controls by PLC and Touch screen.

1)It produces such plastic products as disposable plastic lids, plastic covers, ice cream cups, cold drinking cups, yoghurt cups, plastic dishes, plastic trays, vessels for fast food and pharmaceutical linings.
2) It's forming sheets as PP, PVC, PS, and PET and other sheet.
3) It adopts PLC and touch screen control equipment operation.
4) High precision for transferring control.
5) Adopts hydraulic pressure drive system to control.
6) With sub area temperature control system.
7) Three working position to work forming, punching and cutting with continuous running.
